Leonard Gagnon & Emma Martin family: photos

Leonard Gagnon was a great-great grandson of Prospère and Marianne (Prospère --> Antoine --> Antoine --> Donat --> Leonard )
He and his family lived on Gagnon Hill in Upper Frenchville.
In 1942 the Farm Security Administration sent photographer John Collier Jr. to the Valley to take photos as part of their documenting of farming conditions around the country.
Collier spent a lot of time with Leonard and his family, and took many photos. These black and white photos are great. More information on them can be found at the page on the Leonard Gagnon family:
