Acadians displaced by American Loyalists

While pursuing genealogical research into my two lineages RICHARD and ROY, I once read of a petition dated February 22, 1786 by Acadian heads of family requesting compensation for lands which they had to give up to American Loyalists (along the St. John River). One of the heads of families was Benoit Roy, one of my direct line ancestors. Unfortunately I have lost my source for this petition which I would like to cite in a family document which I am putting together for my brothers, sisters, and cousins. I am poslting a request on this site hoping that someone may be able to identify a source for the above referred-to petition. Thank you for any help you can give me.
