Hello everyone!

I have been using the images at Ancestry.com to compile information on my New Brunswick/ME USJ families. Missing from the films seems to be the burial/death of my gg memere, the subject Sophie Parent.

She was the daughter of Jean Parent and Catherine Drouin, born 14 Nov 1808 at Ste. Marie Beauce. It would seem that her parents migrated to NB abt 1815 +/- some few years.

She married Francois Xavier Violette, ka Xavier on 11 Feb 1834 at St. BASILE. It seems that they migrated from St. Basile to Van Buren and back to Victoria/Parent in the parish of St. Leonard where the death of Xavier is recorded 4 Oct 1901. Sophie predeceased her husband.

Census evidence shows the family in tact in 1871 and without Sophie in 1881, Xavier a widower. In October 1876 a grandchild was named in her honor, the daughter of Belonie and Philomene Levasseur.

If anyone knows the date/place of death/burial for this ancestor I am very appreciative of your response!
