Cyrille Joseph Marin

Looking for more information on Cyrille Len Marin's 1822-11 May 1916 father: Cyrille Joseph Marin B; 1771 to 1780 . all things I have found say he was married to Marie Coulombe on 14 Feb 1825. If so all records I have found say Cyrille Len Marin was born in 1822 . Can that be right??? Is this the right Cyrille Marin. On Cyrille Len Marin's death certificate it states his fathers name as JOS. I received a note from a gentleman in Ontario that said Cyrille Len Marin's father was Cyrille Joseph Marin. Any help will be greatly appreciated
