He was married to Cecile Sylvia CHASSE (daughter of Fortunat CHASSÉ and Édith BARON) on 10 Jul 1929 in St. Agatha, Maine.(58)

They had the following children:

child   i. Eldridge J. (Boo) GAGNON was married to Claudette Aline CYR in July 1959.
child  ii. Jeannine GAGNON .
child  iii. Claudette GAGNON.
child  iv. Sally GAGNON was born on 21 Nov 1945 in Fort Kent, Maine. She died on 25 Dec 2006 in Essex Junction, Vermont. [source: Bangor Daily News obituary]
child   v. Michael P. GAGNON was married to Mary GAGNON.
