8. Étienne GAGNON was born in about 1847 in what is now Eagle Lake, Maine. He appeared in the 1860 US census living in Township 16, Range 7 (now Eagle Lake), as H.N. Gagnon, age 12, living in household of his parents H.N and LaRose Gagnon.
He was married to Eléonore PELLETIER (daughter of
Edouard PELLETIER and Sarah DANCOSSE) on 9 Oct 1871 in
Ste-Luce Church, Frenchville, Maine.(9)
Étienne GAGNON and Eléonore PELLETIER had the

iv. Alphonsine Marie GAGNON
was born on 30 Sep1883 in Winterville, Aroostook Co., Maine. She married Rex
Everett PLUMMER on 15 Jan1906 in Portage Lake, Aroostook Co., Maine.
