He was married to Abigail CLARK in 1764 in Tinmouth, Vermont.

237. Abigail CLARK was born on 31 Mar 1744 in Norwich, Conn.. She died on 15 Dec 1820 in Middletown, Rutland Co., Vt.. Children were:

child i. Jacob BURNHAM was born in Nov 1767 in Shaftsbury, Vermont. He died on 22 Aug 1845. He married Rebecca Noble of Henerson, NY.
child ii. Nathan BURNHAM was born on 15 Jul 1772 in Bennington, Vermont. He died on 8 Nov 1862. He married Junia Safford (b.15 Apr 1773, d.12 Dec 1836) of Bennington, Vermont.
child iii. Lucy BURNHAM was born in 1778. She died on 10 Apr 1853. She married Jeremiah Loffingwell.

child v. Julia Ann BURNHAM was born in 1810. She died in 1835. She married Samuel Willard.
